That's better than the first time I tried at 45% bodyweight. I grabbed the 45's and made it through the 6th rep when I looked at my watch and saw that I had 7 seconds of rest left. I said, "F that". I dropped down to 35's and finished out the twenty minutes, then cried a little. This workout is so perfect in its balance of strength, stamina and speed.

Spread the good word. It's fun to watch people do it for the first time too.

I've always like to incorporate The Dumbbell Bear every once in a while. I love this exercise because it kicks my arse.

Squats make me sore all over, which is something I was looking for. They have mirrors in front of the squat racks so I try to go down as far as I can. Just gotta remind myself constantly that it's all for nothing if I don't bend down all the way.

Fyi...I found the squat rack in my gym. Had several of them hiding in the corner. My legs don't appreciate this discovery right now, haha.
I know you're a big fan of the squat routines.
